Detailed information regarding the processing of users personal data by CHARGEIN MSP

The Application from which Users use the Vehicle Charging Service and the Website use cookies to ensure better and safer use of the Application and Website by Users.

This document sets out the rules for the use of cookies by Users. CHARGEIN MSP SP. z o. o. based in Warsaw, at ul. Domaniewska 52, 02-676 Warsaw, entered into the register of entrepreneurs of the National Court Register kept by the District Court for the capital city of Warsaw. Warsaw in Warsaw, 12th Commercial Division of the National Court Register, under KRS number: 0001063635, NIP number 7011169083, REGON number 526666051, as well as by other entities using them (hereinafter referred to as: ChargeIN MSP„).

1. COOKIES
ChargeIN MSP uses „cookies”, which are a set of computer data (mainly a text file), created automatically, collected and stored on the end device of the User of the Website and Application.

Information contained in cookies is read only by ChargeIN MSP, which facilitates the use of the Website and Application. Cookies may be stored on the User’s end device temporarily – until logging out of the Application or leaving the Website or until the cookie expiry date expires, or until they are deleted by the Users.

2. WHAT DO COOKIES CONTAIN
Cookies most often contain the following data (i) a unique number, (ii) the name of the website from which they originate, (iii) the time of storage on the User’s end device.

Cookies do not cause any changes to the configuration of the User’s end device.

3. COOKIES USED BY CHARGEIN MSP
ChargeIN MSP uses the following cookies on the Website and in the Application:

4. PURPOSE OF USE OF COOKIES BY CHARGEIN MSP
ChargeIN MSP uses cookies for the purpose of:

  • adapting the content of the Website and the Application to the preferences and needs of Users,
  • improving the way Users use the Website and the Application,
  • maintaining the session of the User of the Website and the Application,
  • statistical use of the Website and Application by Users (Google is one of the third-party vendors on our sites. It also uses cookies, known as DART cookies, to serve ads to our site users based on their visit to the site www.website.com and other sites on the Internet. However, users may choose to decline the use of DART cookies by visiting the Google ad and content network Privacy Policy at the following URL –https://policies.google.com/technologies/ads).

5. DISABLING COOKIES BY THE USER
The Website User may use the web browser to change settings or delete cookies (detailed information on this subject is included in the settings of each web browser used by the User).

Users with a User Profile in the Application may also change cookie settings in the appropriate tab located in the Application.

6. CHANGES TO THE COOKIE POLICY BY CHARGEIN MSP
ChargeIN MSP reserves the right to change this Cookie Policy. The changes introduced shall enter into force on the date the Cookie Policy is updated. Any changes to the Cookie Policy are available on the Website and in the Application.
